“The hotel was in a very convenient location. Perfect for your fur babies to take on a walk. The room was clean and well equipped to host our 1 year old and 2 dogs. We had a lovely time. The hotel manager had excellent suggestions to explore on the island. Will definitely will stay with them next time.”
“The Orca Inn is a great place to stay, as long as you understand where you are staying and as long as you determine ahead of time that it meets your needs
The Orca Inn is not fancy. If you want luxury then book a luxury hotel (and pay luxury rates). The Orca Inn may not be fancy but it is fun, clean, quirky, and the staff are friendly and responsive. It’s not on the waterfront but it’s a pretty easy walk to get there. Maybe 15 minutes?

“It was especially nice to find that the Trumpeter Inn is on a large property that includes a pasture inhabited by friendly goats and alpacas that eat from your hand (food packets provided by our hosts!), outside sitting areas in lovely flower gardens, and ample room inside to meet, sit, and chat with other guests.”
