“Everything was delightful. I was received most graciously out on the road because I could not find the place. The room was extremely pleasant with those touches that make it feel really cozy like a white robe and slippers. I had not told them that stairs were difficult for me so they had me on the third floor, but when I requested a first floor unit, they immediately switched me down without any hassle. ”

“We stayed at 2 beautiful waterfront cabins and enjoyed every minute of it. My sister had a walker and it was easy for her to navigate. Our cabins were clean and nicely appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Our beds were comfortable. They provide a recycle bin. They provide their special Fidalgo Coffee roast and a FULLSIZED coffee maker which we greatly appreciated ;-) Outstanding customer service was the icing on the cake. I would consider it very shabby…chipped paint on kitchen cabinets…old rickety dining chairs.. Ancient mattresses that were very saggy and uncomfortable…the bathroom is a horror…cracked and moldy wall by the shower…tiny, ancient and dingy bathroom. “We absolutely loved the welcoming warm greetings of the staff person. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. We missed a hand rail in the tub/shower. We did not like the frequent and repetitive messaging regarding our arrival and departure times. One even tried to upsell us on an earlier arrival time and larger room.
